My father was an antique clock collector and repairman so I love and own several clock images. Perfect challenge for me!
I had to stamp quickly today because I live in an old house, I stamp in the basement and the temp in the basement must be about 20 degrees. An old fashioned cellar door lets in a lot of the cold and I'm sure we're no warmer than 15F. My poor stamp pads were frigid and very dry feeling.
I smeared the Distress inks onto an acrylic block (they didn't like being smeared, they were soooo cold), spritzed with water and out comes an interesting background. It's actually quite a bit more colorful than the picture shows. The Stampington clock is one of the first stamps I ever bought.

This bg is so interesting! I love the wonderful colors, and hope by now you and your ink pads have thawed!

You need to move your stamping area to a warmer spot in the house, girl. Brrrr!! Gotta protect those stamping supplies, as well as your own blood circulation. LOL! Love your card!!
